We offer two flexible service options to suit the level of involvement you prefer:

Full Management — 20% + VAT

Everything covered: guest communication, dynamic pricing, housekeeping, financials and maintenance. The hands-off option.

Bookings Only – 18% + VAT
We handle pricing, guest communication and technology. You stay involved in compliance, property checks and day-to-day maintenance.
