Founder, CEO

James founded Curated Property to bring a more personal approach to luxury short-let management. What started as a handful of properties has grown into a portfolio of nearly 50 homes across London, Bath, Suffolk, Norfolk, the South of France and Lanzarote.

James pairs old-school relationship management with a sharp eye for data and pricing, so every owner gets the best possible return on their property.

Tom co-founded Curated Property alongside James, with his expertise firmly on the operational side of the business. He runs the day-to-day operations, from guest experience to property performance, making sure everything runs smoothly so owners and guests get a seamless experience every time.

We don't manage a lot of homes, just the right ones.

All of our homes are hand-picked to make sure they meet our high standards. It isn't easy to make it into our collection of outstanding homes, but once a property does, you'll know it won’t disappoint.
