We manage around 100 exceptional homes, from Georgian townhouses in Bath and London apartments to country estates in Somerset and villas on Portugal's Lisbon coast. Meet the People Behind Curated Property

James Cornwell

Founder

James Cornwell founded Curated Property for owners who want their home looked after properly, not processed. Every owner meets the team in person and walks us through their home before it joins the portfolio, and James stays close to how each one performs. Today that means around 100 exceptional homes across the UK and Portugal, over 12,000 stays hosted and more than 330 five-star Google reviews.

Before property, James worked in private aviation brokerage, where he learned that high-value clients buy on trust. He is a member of the STAA and PASC, is active in UK short-term let regulation, and writes regularly on LinkedIn about AI-native operations and the reality of running a short-let business.

Thomas Dolman is co-founder and Managing Director of Curated Property, and runs the company day to day. He built the systems, workflows and standards the business runs on, which is how the team delivers the same result across around 100 homes.

Thomas began his career at Sky Betting & Gaming, one of the UK’s most data-driven, high-volume businesses. He has spent the last eight years in high-end property, but that early grounding has shaped how he works ever since. He is obsessive about detail, and there is no process he won’t measure, automate or tighten. For owners, that means consistent results. For guests, it means a stay that simply works.

Curated run a slick housekeeping operation meaning we are able to offer same-day changeovers, minimising any un-rentable nights. We have a small and local team of cleaners who always capture a checkout photo diary. In our black book, we have every tradesperson your property could ever need, and a local handyman on retainer for the day-to-day situations.
We provide Curated guests with hotel-quality linen, towels and toiletries during their stay to make them feel right at home
We attract mature and respectful guests who pay more and stay longer. Meaning higher occupancy, increased nightly rates, reduced wear-and-tear, happier neighbours and fewer changeovers.
