Kinclune sleeps up to 14 guests across seven individually designed bedrooms, with plenty of room to come together and space to spread out. At the heart of the house is a generous kitchen and dining room, complemented by a traditional drawing room with an open fire and a separate snug for films and games. Outside, the enclosed garden has its own summer house, dining space and firepit.
800 Acres to Explore
Step beyond the garden and the wider Kinclune estate is yours to discover. Farm tracks wind through open countryside, mature woodland and wetlands, with Highland ponies and an abundance of native wildlife sharing the landscape. From its elevated position, the house also enjoys far-reaching views across the Vale of Strathmore.
Historic Character, Thoughtfully Restored
Dating from the 19th century, with a later extension adding its distinctive turret and tower, Kinclune retains much of the character of a traditional Scottish country house. A substantial refurbishment completed in 2023 introduced contemporary comfort while preserving original features, from fireplaces to the distinctive rooms within the tower and turret.
Bring Everyone Together
Kinclune House is an ideal setting for milestone birthdays, family gatherings and holidays with friends. For larger groups, the house can be booked alongside Grieve’s Farmhouse, Curlew Cottage and Kestrel Cottage elsewhere on the estate, increasing capacity to 28 guests while giving everyone their own space.
Private chefs, catering and grocery deliveries can also be arranged, alongside a selection of experiences on and around the estate.
